2008 Gift Program is 'Wrapped Up'Publish Date: 2008-12-22 The final stages of this year\'s Gifts Intended for Teens (Gift) project went without a hitch over the last two weeks. The attached photos show the final three stages of the project, beginning with the shopping night, followed by the wrapping of the presents and concluding with the distribution of the gifts. This year, we were blessed with many generous supporters who helped us in our funding efforts. It is estimated than nearly half of our membership participated in the event this year. Thanks Optimists! This year we provided gifts to over 50 needy teens in our county.
