McPherson College Car Show Concession Stand

On May 3, the McPherson Optimist Club once again provided a concession stand for the McPherson College Car Show. Once again, the weather proved to be a factor but by mid morning the sun was shining and the wind was from the north. The show was very well attended and the project was a success. Many thanks to those Optimists who helped: Jerry Meng, Rick Stein, Jack Rader, Mike Neiman, James Melland, Brad Miller, Megan Spencer, Jay Pavlik, Danny Glidewell and Bill Parker. Burgers and brauts were the main fare. The money raised will be used to fund various Optimist programs. We are looking forward to next year. Oh by the way, we did raise more money than last year.
