The McPherson Optimist Club concludes another successful Gift Program in 2007

The money has been raised, the gifts bought, wrapped and distributed. All in all, it was another great year for the McPherson Optimist Club's Gift Program. This year, our club provided gifts to 57 needy teens. Due to the generous financial support of many in our community, we were able to increase the value of each gift to over $40. The needy teens in our county will have a much better Christmas as a result of your work.

Here are some photos taken at the various stages in the project, from shopping and wrapping to the distribution of the gifts. We'll see you next year! All indications are that we may have an even larger number of teens to buy for next year.
